Its my birthday on Friday and im turning the ripe old age of 26 :(
In order to protest this abomination, I decree that a night of hard drinking is in order!

So if you are free on Saturday the 12th of september, I would be delighted if you would join me for drinks at rufus and then on to the cathouse for the usual shenanigans.

I'm thinking rufus at around 7 and then take it from there!

I was gutted last night when I was about to go to bed and I got a text from Sephi to tell me to watch sky news, I didn't believe it at first and then it slowly became a reality when I got a text from my brother and then a call from my Mum. I put on sky news and sure enough it was true that Michael Jackson had passed away.

To say I was upset is an understatement, I'm not one for shedding tears over celebrities but I am such a huge fan of his and have been all my life. I couldn't speak for about an hour I just sat and stared at the tv.

Lots of people texted and phoned to make sure I knew and to see if I was ok, which was nice even though all they got was incoherent babble lol!

It is truely the end of an era and he will be sorely missed not just by myself but by millions of others around the world.
His music will still bring a smile to my face and I still remember seeing him in concert even though it was 16 years ago :)
I remember starting school and listening to the bad album on my little tape walkman and then in primary 3 the Dangerous album came out and I went to the concert in '92 and then in my second year of high school the HIStory album came out closely followed by Blood on the dancefloor.
Its odd its like he has always been there :)

I do appreciate that not everyone was a fan of him and his lifestyle did lead to a lot of controversy but at the end of the day he will be remebered by his music and his amazing dancing.

Rest in peace MJ, you may be gone but you are not forgotten :)
Thoughts and well wishes go out to his 3 children and his family.

Tina's choices:

1.Auuw/ Partying - I do love a good party especially one that makes me Auuw lol, I like a party with a theme, it makes it more interesting I think, people are forced to make an effort and you can have a good laugh with it :)

2.Wuff/ Pokemon - I love pokemon, I just find the idea of having these wee thingies to take care of so much fun and they protect you from wild nasties and I get all excited when they evolve cos that means that you have been looking after them properly!

3.Fwap (like a tit on a table)/ Von Absinthe conquests - lol tit on a table! I'm afraid I don't have any Von Absinthe conquests to speak of! Countess Von Absinthe just doesn't pull the punters like she once did lol

4.Overhearting phone - I love being able to have a good gab on the phone about everything, anything and nothing. You would be surprised at how much a wee phonecall will brighten your day, knowing that someone wants to speak to you and say hello :)

5.Croagunk - Filthy Croagunk!! Most useless pokemon ever! however.... I'm a croagunk I'm a croagunk!

Chris's Choices

1)Cats - I like the way cats are so gracefull and affectionate wee things, considering they start off as these balls of fur that waddle around and cause pain lol, then again I'm totally biased as I love my pretty kitty :)

2)Tattoos/Piercings - I like shiny glittery things and by causing holes in my skin it gives me extra places to put shiny things :P I like the way you can change it all to match or compliment an outfit, the same way you can with normal jewellery. With tattoo's I like using them as a timeline, wee reminders of places and times and people that I have met.

3)Maternal Instinct - I'm not really sure how to explain this one, I enjoy looking after people and making sure everyone is happy, I won't however pander to people that just don't want help and are content whining about everything without ever getting help for themselves (not anyone in particular just people that are like that in general)

4)Music/gigs - I loves my music and I enjoy going to gigs and wallowing in the atmosphere of being in a room with lots of people that love the music as much as you do.

5)Confidence - My Dad always taught me to stand up for myself and not to let people bother me, I've always had the attitude of I know what I'm capable of and if I can use it to help other people to be more confident then great :)
I got told recently by someone who had no idea who I was that I had a very strong dominant presence, I have to say I was a bit shocked by that, I know I can be bossy but I didn't think I gave off vibes like that lol.

I have decided I need some rehab, I have recently discovered the wonder that is Angel (yes I know its an old series blah blah) I was having a discussion with a guy at my work and he decided that I need to see Angel as he reckoned I would really like it given the whole Vamp obsession. I gave it a shot and I'm hooked I really like it, I'm about to start the 3rd boxset :)
I have developed a major fangirl crush on Angel and If I'm honest Gunn too :P
I am currently being slagged left right and centre about it lol
Although I think there has been an element of fate in this occurrence, at Auchie I found a Keyblade Necklace floating about in the bar and no one claimed it so I took it back to the guys at the stall and they told me to keep it for being honest :) This little necklace has sat in a box for ages and I found it this morning whilst getting ready for work and decided to wear it.
On my break I was on wikipedia and was looking at David Boreanez's page and I read that he did the voice for leon in the first kingdom hearts game. I looked at the keyblade around my neck and looked it up to see what one it was.. and yes it was Squall's Keyblade! I was quite amused by this I must admit, so I love my little keyblade even more :)

Nothing else has been happening in my life apart from Pokemon (Siesmic toss Tina :P) I'm loving platinum and I'm currently plowing my way through Victory road (I hate it!)

I get paid on thursday so I was hoping to get all you cats out to the cathouse if you are up for it :)

Hello poppets!

I just thought I would post a wee entry to say hello and update I guess :P

I have finally came to my senses and lost my feminism, I have booked an appointment to get Salem neutered!
I'm so scared for my little girl but I know its for the best, So she has her pre op on Thursday at 10.30 and then we will set a date for her op. I'm getting her Microchipped as well just incase my dear uncle lets her loose again! so I feel happier about it all (thanks in large part to Izzy and Bry <3) So I will update you on the catlings progress and I will try and get a picture of her with her sext buster collar, (I had a little giggle when the vet said that as I automatically thought of a buster sword and imagined Salem dressed as Zack lol)

Nothing much to update in the world of me to be honest, still working away at O2 and Cherry Pie.
Got a couple more piercings recently so I now have a scaffold and a conch, not on the one ear though (for the non piercing people a scaffold is two ear peircings joined with a big bar and a conch is the wee back bit inside the main ear) both healing nicely.

Nothing else really to report, I'm quite boring really :P
Enjoying hanging out with my ladeees (so excited btw!!!!!) and of course the honourary Ladeee (No moar killers ><)

Well my new year is off to a flying start ><

I have been at work since 9.30 and I have another hour to go!
I'm so tired I'm actually falling asleep on the phone to customers :P
I will not be doing this again!!! I'm also worrying about the astronomical cost I will encur for my taxi home lol
I'm also on an 8am start tomorrow!
I will be going home and straight into my jammies and curl up in my bed with my little ball of catfluff,
My uncle phoned me this afternoon and let me talk to Salem, sad I know but it was nice hearing her chirping away at me :)

Last night was much fun, Big Thank you to The Prism posse for having us and I hope that everyone pitched in to help clean up the devistation :P (I washed 2 cups and a bowl and put a bottle in the bin! I'm helpfull lol)

Was really good seeing everyone and I did really enjoy Izzy and myselfs impromtu singalong! Captain Planet!!
So yes a good Night was had :)

Yesterday the legendary Bernie Mac passed away in hospital, he was 50 years old.
It is such a tragic loss to comedy as he was one of the greats.
I'm personally devastated as Ive been a huge fan of his since I was about 18 and discovered his def Jam comedy stuff.
I don't normally post about celebrities dying as usually everyone knows about it either by tv or the internet but I was such a fan of Bernie I feel the need to post something.
If you don't know who he is I would urge you to look up some of his stand up stuff or watch some of the movies he has been in.
His best known roles are probably Bosley from Charlies angels, Frank Catton in oceans 11 and the 2 sequels and of course Bobby Bolivia in Transformers.
So I hope wherever he is he is still making people laugh.
Rest in peace Big B, you will be missed.

I've just had my implant changed (or my Anti-baby chip as I call it). It took an hour and a half to get the damn thing out!
Every time the doctor cut my arm it kept trying to heal up again really quickly meaning she had to keep cutting me :P
She finally got the wee bugger out and told me that I am some crazy freak of nature and that no one should heal that quickly :P
Fun times!

Giles's Party was lots of fun, the girls looked fantastic in thier costumes and so did the boys.
I enjoyed whipping the pope a bit too much I think, must be the inner witch ;)

Not much else to report, life just plodding along as usual.
I have developed a really unhealthy obsession with heros...I love it :)

Thats about it I think......

Salem is still as small and squishy as ever. She is very noisy now too....always with the pidgeon noises :P although she has learned a new noise that sounds like a child shouting BEEEES! so whether she has a fear of bees or she is trying to summon bees I have no idea.
